CME Starter Kit A manual for management systems at coordinating/management entities (CMEs)

The “CME Starter Kit” which Climate Focus elaborated together with Carbonflow provides assistance to CMEs in the installation of effective management systems. As the backbone of the PoA approach is the aggregation of similar emission reduction activities under one single umbrella structure, it is challenging but crucial that the CME in charge of a PoA assures that all individual measures are implemented successfully and in line with the CDM requirements. The Starter Kit comes with a number of directly useable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms that CMEs can draw on in the elaboration of their own management system manual.
