Carbon Market and Climate Finance for Agriculture in Developing Countries
This study conducted by Climate Focus, UNIQUE and IIASA assesses the value and effectiveness of carbon market and climate finance strategies to enhance agricultural investment and food security in developing countries, particularly for smallholders, while reducing GHG emissions. The assessment has been commissioned by the UK Department for International Development to inform recommendations to implement these strategies through national development policies or international agreements and cooperation.
