Climate Focus has launched a new report, “The Potential of Voluntary Sustainability Initiatives to Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation” at the LEDS Agriculture, Forestry and Land Use (AFOLU) Working Group regional forum in Bangkok.

Produced by Climate Focus as part of USAID's Lowering Emissions in Asia's Forests (LEAF) Program, the report looks at the potential of Voluntary Sustainability Initiatives (VSIs) to contribute to reductions in emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing countries based on their substantive and procedural requirements.
