Ugandan wastewater treatment Standardised Baseline approved by UNFCCC

In October 2016, two wastewater Standardized Baselines (SBLs) were approved by the UNFCCC. The SBLs set nationwide baseline thresholds for methane recovery from two wastewater treatment sectors in Uganda: the sugar industry and municipalities. A description of the project is available under Projects and information about the SBLs can be found on the UNFCCC website here.
